I'm not entirely sure why, but I love the gingham pattern. Maybe it's because of Dorothy's blue gingham dress in The Wizard of Oz . Gingham seems to be having a moment. Barbie wore a pink gingham dress in the Barbie movie. (I'm almost tempted to buy the doll for myself.) Taylor Swift is a fan of gingham. And other celebrities have worn gingham this past year. Leftover loop day (#2): Twill diamond potholder pattern
