"Twinkle, Twinkle" potholder pattern

Every now and then when I run out of ideas, I roam the internet for some potholder weaving inspiration. Today I saw a potholder online I really liked, but I knew I wouldn't be able to figure it out without following a pattern.
I hoped it might be one of Piglet's Potholder Patterns, but at first, I couldn't find it on their site. Then I clicked on every possible pattern, and low and behold, it was there: they call it "Twinkle, Twinkle."
According to their notes about the pattern, which they created on a cold winter night a few years ago, "the puffiness and irregularity of the fabric, lightly distorted by uneven twills, enhances the twinkliness of the design."
Here's the pattern for a 19-peg loom and a 27-peg loom.
I've come to the bottom of my loop bag and had to unravel another potholder to make this potholder, so it's a big ragged around the edges.
I think I'd like to make it again with bright white loops, instead of winter white, and with brighter blue loops.
Here it is on the loom (19-peg):
